The noodle

Katia's name for the space between each line's two mirrored tracks, which Donut adopts ('WE ARE CALLING IT THE NOODLE') — the 'escape tunnels' the system opens at self-destruct, where gravity points at the nearest wall and a dropped rock rolls a loop. The Krakaren erupt from it into every stairwell room.
