Elmer
Mayor of the large Ursine settlement — level 40, pudgy, bespectacled, grey-muzzled — who takes Donut for a monkey and offers to execute both animals for 150 gold. Shoved off the town's edge by an Astral Paw, he finds every rock on the slope and dies at the water, where a naiad takes the body.
