Princess Lunette
Signet's mother, a true princess of the naiads, long dead — 'she taught me the meaning of grace and magic' — inked as a sad fish on Signet's wrist the night she died, and left on the ballroom floor as an Incomplete Flesh Golem: a weightless naiad body without a memory, in Carl's inventory for Samantha.
