Meadow Lark (party)

The party of night-staff and residents from the Meadow Lark eldercare facility in Wenatchee, Washington, camped at the borough boss's stairwell on the first floor when Carl and Donut find them: four able-bodied workers, Agatha and thirty-three elderly residents, with about thirty more in a Waffle House safe room nearby. The Royal Court of Princess Donut fights beside them without ever joining them.

Arc

The Meadowlark folks have not yet been told about the crown (ch. 19); Carl thinks of its staff, Chris and Brandon and Yolanda (ch. 50); Imani's squad of former residents dies in a single moment getting the ninth token (ch. 52); the party numbers over twenty, a few Meadowlark crawlers among them, and the whole Meadowlark party can go where Elle's squad went (ch. 63); Agatha sleeps behind the kitchens of the Meadowlark Elder Care facility, where the brothers work late (epilogue).
