Meadow Lark (party)

The party of night-staff and residents from the Meadow Lark eldercare facility in Wenatchee, Washington, camped at the borough boss's stairwell on the first floor when Carl and Donut find them: four able-bodied workers, Agatha and thirty-three elderly residents, with about thirty more in a Waffle House safe room nearby. The Royal Court of Princess Donut fights beside them without ever joining them.

Arc

Twenty left, transformed — a Frost Maiden, a butterfly, a muscle man who throws frozen heads (ch. 8, ch. 13). They scout a Pooka den and a robot room (ch. 12, ch. 16), ride the conveyor into Yard D (ch. 19), hold station 36 with flamethrowers for the last two days (ch. 31), and wait at the open stairwell until Carl comes (ch. 34). Brandon and Henry died for the escape; Chris left with men who died and he did not; Agatha, who burned them out, goes down the ramp ahead of them again.
