Langley
Leader of six car salesmen from Helsinki — himself Ukrainian — who all chose Archer because the loot only ever gave them bows: level 24 when met, 32 when he leaves to hunt player-killer groups. His crew cover rooftops, fire the ground salvo that clears the Wasteland's escort, guard a stairwell in a closet, drag it across the sand, and escort every rescued crawler down the stairs. All six live.
