Arc
The Sultana at the council: glossy white, six arms, red eyes, a flowering branch on her breastplate, a scent, and a charisma that makes Carl a mouse in a snake's cage; his hand passes through hers (ch. 42). She whispers of Borant's dead, of his family, and of solving 'your Katia problem' (ch. 43). Her plan — to steal the fleet her kingdom built and run — leaks on air (ch. 53). She worships Khepri herself, sets the trap in his temple, is immortal for sixty-three seconds, and, driven mad by the open Eye, slams Carl's skull on the floor by his hair weeping 'We were almost free […] I was going to have children with him' until a sluggalo puts a hatchet between her eyes (ch. 52–ch. 54). Her white was makeup (ch. 55). Outside the game, the crown princess and her father's advisor (ch. 42).
