The Gleener Prime Minister of the Syndicate, whose children are among the half of the galaxy's wealth trapped in the Scolopendra Club, and who will not blow the star: 'You are literally asking us to destroy the economy and well-being of the entire galaxy.'

Prime Minister Glory in book 6 — The Eye of the Bedlam Bride
The gleener beside Kevin the announcer, boss of the entire Syndicate, unusual to see on the show (ch. 8). In the emergency session he asks who is in the system besides the system leaders playing Faction Wars — half the galaxy's wealth in one club — and the Gleener body the Valtay representative, a worm head, inhabits was once his mother (epilogue).
