The Great Consensus
A kua-tin ideal that Loita names over Zev's generation on the fifth floor. On the sixth, Edict, a mantis merchant of Deep Mind, says it is what the kua-tin call the understanding that finding the stars was the worst thing that ever happened to his people, and that there is in fact no agreement.
