Reached in ch. 12; shopped in ch. 14; its magistrate's office visited (ch. 18), its temple burned (ch. 20), its municipal building blown in half (ch. 22) and collapsed (ch. 23); Carl branded a troublemaker the guards attack on sight (ch. 20) and, that same night, its magistrate (ch. 22). Its flyers fall into comas when the spell fails (ch. 24).
