Meadow Lark (party)

The party of night-staff and residents from the Meadow Lark eldercare facility in Wenatchee, Washington, camped at the borough boss's stairwell on the first floor when Carl and Donut find them: four able-bodied workers, Agatha and thirty-three elderly residents, with about thirty more in a Waffle House safe room nearby. The Royal Court of Princess Donut fights beside them without ever joining them.

Twenty in a sea quadrant with a fish-rowed galley and an oil rig to take (ch. 5); forced down the stairs by a turkey god except for Imani and Elle (ch. 33). To Imani, Chris is 'the only non-resident left' (ch. 10) until the worm comes out of him (ch. 34).
