An old changeling principal wearing a level-30 dromedarian, the true leader of Hump Town's shadow government, keeper of the pocket watch and of Wynne, the gnome hostage who cooperated for years and whom he drugged with Mairmei mushrooms once he resisted, visiting him in other shapes. 'Sometimes we do things that are not of our nature to protect our own.' Juice Box's brother. He goes into the tomb after the ghost and dies on the Akula's bridge, and the third piece of the Gate is looted from his faceless body.

Arc
The camel who leaves city hall with an ID and turns toward Weird Shit Alley (ch. 6); the voice Wynne expects in the dark ('Who will you pretend to be today? My mother, perhaps?'); the head Donut's goggles could cook an egg on (ch. 10). He explains the watch, the hand-sign and the mushrooms, and why the dromedarians took his people in (ch. 10); vanishes when the Wasteland falls (ch. 13); answers the watch's alarm once as a fish (ch. 17) and never again (ch. 25); and is found dead on the Akula's bridge with five of his kind, 'Killed by a very pissed-off Quetzalcoatlus', the watch and a torn page on him (ch. 26). His sister: 'If he had waited, he'd still be alive' (ch. 33).
