Velma

With four minutes on a door and both keys in a cat's inventory fifteen kilometres off, she sits down, unsnaps her flamethrower and tells Carl he is an idiot with love: 'You're the embodiment of our hope' (ch. 59). She empties her inventory, kills Garret to save him, confesses the pet show to Donut, and goes out on her own terms with a wrist bracer: 'Make them suffer' (ch. 59, ch. 60).
