Arc
Casket in the Sky: a fifty-foot silver tube with a B-29 nose, a glass belly and eight folding propellers on a soul crystal, every bomb fifty per cent bigger, named for what Firas wanted to call the Twister (ch. 6). It bombs the southern trench (ch. 23), carries the raid on the Prism (ch. 25), is destroyed in the hangar and repaired (ch. 29, ch. 30), bombs the King's Point with children and a doll head aboard (ch. 59, ch. 60), loses a propeller in the eruption (ch. 61), and is ripped down the middle by a drake's gravity magic (ch. 66). Louis wishes he could have kept it (ch. 87).
