The otter stripper, announced after Author Steve Rowland — watch out, ladies, you are going to get wet (ch. 23); rubbing Anaconda's back while Dong Quixote brings Damascus water (ch. 33). He turns out to be a powerful water mage (ch. 52), very particular about his skin-care regimen and upset about the slug disease (ch. 63); he sends a group of duende zombies floating away with a wave attack (ch. 64), and Carl counts on him, ranged attacks only, to keep the others safe (ch. 65).
