Bonnie in book 4 — The Gate of the Feral Gods

Seen first as a speck in a doorway with a FarSeerer (ch. 12); then at the door of a suburban house in a bloody Cowboys jersey: 'Have you come to kill my father? You're a little late' (ch. 15). Her card passes on a rumour blaming the bombing of the changeling village on her tantrum over Sausage. She runs a lemonade stand over Kane's corpse with dilated eyes, keeps offering Carl a glass, and does not notice a boss fight (ch. 16); hands over the soul crystal because her father said to give it to an adult (ch. 17). Waking at Skarn's: 'He knew she was going to do it […] Do you have another one of those potions? Please?' Mongo gives her the rabbit; Carl writes 'for a little girl named Bonnie' in the Cookbook (ch. 17, ch. 18). Sent to the sixth floor with the changelings, wanting to upgrade the house (ch. 33).

Bonnie in book 5 — The Butcher's Masquerade

The gnome girl who went with the changelings, and did something to the Twister with a garage-door opener (ch. 8); the changelings have risked sending someone to the Desperado Club every day in case Carl shows up (ch. 52). Carl thinks of her with Skarn and Ruby when the plan sends undead after the changelings (ch. 56); on the counter with a spider automaton in pieces around her, told by Randy the bear cub that she is going to hell, and saying nothing (ch. 63). Gunner on the Twister with Skarn, on her own ballista system (ch. 72); Prudence dies protecting the cubs, who cry and hug her; safe on the roof, for now (ch. 73).

Bonnie in book 6 — The Eye of the Bedlam Bride

On the ninth floor with the bear cubs and Skarn (ch. 20); the sound of her tears after the Wasteland crashed, remembered (ch. 32).

Bonnie in book 7 — This Inevitable Ruin

In a Dallas Cowboys jersey on the bomber: 'Have they stopped thinking about trying to kill me?' (ch. 14); Donut's last scout slot, given during the dream therapy (ch. 25); a door gunner in a farseer flak helmet, gum in her mouth — 'Splash three' — with Skarn on her arm, both banned and aboard (ch. 59); an arm broken and healed in the eruption (ch. 61). 'Glad Bonnie and Skarn weren't here,' Louis says as the bomber dies (ch. 66). She goes with the city (ch. 85).
