Opening
I was deaf. I was blind. I was in a fuck ton of pain.
Summary
Deaf, blind, legs broken, six per cent health, dragged out by his cloak by a cat who tells him to work on his cardio. The alchemy table is undamaged: tables meant for personal spaces are indestructible, a bug he must not mention aloud. Krakaren's lair is a burned still, a cage of 750 grubs, a twenty-foot cosmic octopus with running mascara, and Carl's theory — the bosses are earth stereotypes bolted onto real alien monsters for the audience's education. 'Or Persian cats as princesses.'
Mordecai, now a seven-foot Bugaboo, would rather devour his own children than work for Odette. Damien is a name Carl should not know. The boss box is a pair of Enchanted BigBoi Boxers with hearts on, +2 Constitution and a level-15 Protective Shell. 'Really? Fucking really?' A kua-tin is announced.
