Satan

The invulnerable country boss who owns Satan's Water Park: a kaiju hedgehog with a British accent ('Pip-pip!') who lounges at the exit, rolls over and drops roller coasters, and headbutts the loop-de-loop flat when bored. Donut, who lost Cutest in Show to a rescue hedgehog named Jezebel as a kitten, says that has nothing to do with it.
