Mordecai throws a chair at him on sight. 'I was just doing what his manager told me to do. If I hadn't done it, he'd have died. And then we'd all have lost her. We'd have lost Odette.'

Chaco in book 3 — The Dungeon Anarchist's Cookbook
The fans paid a credit a vote for the choose-your-own-prize show he hosts — to put him in a room with Mordecai, Carl reckons (ch. 7). He arrives with game-show music and a leisure suit, ducks a chair, hosts nine prizes with his microphone under the carousel, and leaves an apology for the manager: 'It was a long time ago […] I was just doing what his manager told me to do.' Clarabelle: Mordecai has mentioned him crying into his cup (ch. 8).
Chaco in book 5 — The Butcher's Masquerade
Behind the prize counter (ch. 66), in metallic armour, no longer the game-show host: he will not say why Mordecai hates him, only that he regrets it every day and that they would all have died, and that the place makes you turn on your own party in the end (ch. 69). He teleports out the moment the seal breaks (ch. 74).
Chaco in book 6 — The Eye of the Bedlam Bride
A wolf-headed pterolykos preparing the final ritual with Hold Steady and Uzzi, who throws the Dart into Uzzi on Odette's order (ch. 0); the Masquerade prize-counter box and a spellbook were bought from his booth (ch. 2); Mordecai threw a chair at his head at the prize carousel and got a timeout (ch. 21); he killed the trapped goddess in Odette's plan, and Odette has set aside a trust for him (ch. 37); Mordecai suggests the wand purchased from him (ch. 46).
