Donut's charm
Charisma 25 at transformation, 43 by the second floor: goblins answer to the names she gives them, Bopcas bring five plates of salmon, shamankas weep in her lap, and the show's audience is hers within a sentence. It only works on white dots, and Carl feels like an asshole every time it does.

Progression
Charisma 25 at transformation (ch. 7), 37 with the goblins (ch. 15), 41 with Sebastian the Bopca (ch. 26), 43 with the fairies (ch. 33). It turns white dots into friends: goblins take names, shamankas weep, Bopcas brush her hair, a kua-tin Admin becomes a confidante (ch. 36). It does not work on red dots, which is why Plan Pied Piper needs the two winged laminak (ch. 33). Carl feels like an asshole each time it ends in killing — the goblins, the fairies — because charm shows him a personality he then has to burn. On stage it is simply talent (ch. 28).
