Arc

General, by Donut's touch and his own hierarchy (ch. 5); the man with the rulebook who reads the Ramp-Up as the thing to plan around (ch. 6); a caiman card that lifts wall sections (ch. 12); the commander who stalls an armoured column into a minefield (ch. 32) and bombs an orc mountain into eruption — 'Wicked, mate' (ch. 60). He laughs at Lucia's net trap, calls her the queen of the triple tap, and will not take a deal: 'I want to go down fighting' (ch. 78). He holds Kiwi's hand through labour (ch. 82), suggests drowning the twins (ch. 82), and parties with Lucia at the stairs so that someone is with her (ch. 86). His bullet-holed 1800s dictionary defines Atrocity (ch. 73).
