Akuma

Leader of the War Mage Rebellion, level 100, twelve times re-sleeved, whose men tear King Stalwart apart and who tells Carl 'Nice shoes, asshole'; sole warlord once Agatha abandons her post. He says the Rebellion wanted only to test the potions and take the Scavenger's daughter from the castle, and asks Carl to kill Agatha for him.

Arc

The leader of the War Mage Rebellion. A crayon note on a kiddie menu tells Carl 'you were supposed to come alone, you moron' (ch. 37); in the back room of Hungry Eyes he has a purple milkshake and 'You are a fucking idiot, Carl' for him, Donut casts Mute and Elle an ice bolt at his crotch (ch. 37). Under Imani's anti-magic shield he gives his account — the depleted reserves, Herot, the framework, the seventeenth floor, the Cabaret, the smite rule, the Scavenger's Daughter — and the lie that Carl must kill two teams; Carl breaks his nose (ch. 38). Re-muted at 2% health, he gets a fist bump that puts him in Carl's chat (ch. 39) and answers 'Stop messaging me' (ch. 62). The AI calls the war mages the skeevy cousin who might become a chef or a mass murderer (ch. 67).
