Place · Book 8, A Parade of Horribles
Hungry Eyes Village
The tenth floor's town, reached on foot by a portal from the cul-de-sac: a 1980s neon cyberpunk fever dream of gremlins and Draconians where food cannot be examined, with the Hairpin, the Lollipop, a 'Meat' stall, the Outreach Guild and Chicken and Waffles and Upgrades. Two hundred leave for the Cabaret from its square; Linus is unmasked there; it is empty by the end.
