The goddess of chaos: half-sister of Taranis by her card, who calls Apito 'our mom' in the arena, and walked free at level 250 when her pilot died on the ninth floor and sits on a meat cart in Hungry Eyes at 251, unsponsorable, 'summoned by ', with a toy Uzi Jesus climbing her dress. She wants Carl's true devotion rather than his worship, spits a five-sided coin whose fifth side tattoos his palm, vouches for Akuma's way out, and in the arena swaps every inventory, tells Taranis that four of their mother's five pieces are watching him, and shows her true form on a thousand snake tails: 'I don’t need you to worship me. You are chaos incarnate.'

Series arc

As of book 8. The goddess of chaos, a card's aside in book 1 and a Cookbook note in book 3, free at level 250 at the end of book 7; in book 8 a player. She comes to Hungry Eyes on a meat cart, unsponsorable, 'summoned by ', with Uzi Jesus as a toy: ditch Emberus, worship her truly, make nice with Akuma — and a five-sided coin whose fifth side tattoos Carl's palm. Carl decides she wants devotion, not worship, and that it is a trap 'But she did have the right idea'. In the arena she swaps every inventory, taunts Taranis that four of their mother's five pieces are present, tells Carl the AI is using the pig to play Taranis, and shows her true form: 'I don’t need you to worship me. You are chaos incarnate.' Her last words on the floor: 'Every exit is an entrance.' Open: the coin; the throne; Nami, who is not named again.

Through book 7

Spontaneously summoned by battlefield conditions with an influencer inside her who looks like Hekla, she screams to be ejected (B7 ch. 61, B7 ch. 62), is used as a battering ram by Meatus (B7 ch. 65), and panic-casts her once-ever Ceremony of Chaos — Bear Witness over the whole floor, then Bring Forth the Witnesses, which rockets eighty thousand frozen people into a pile and bans teleports for an hour (B7 ch. 65, B7 ch. 66). Balled up unconscious with Meatus (B7 ch. 66), she turns the invulnerability off too late to matter (B7 ch. 68). When Nami is stripped out of her she is free at level 250, All Knowing, unsponsorable this season: she stops time beside Carl, bites his ear, offers to make him a Champion if he kills Taranis, Emberus and Hellik, snaps his pinkie, says 'I wish you weren't already married', kisses him, and tells him where the Gate is and that Britney is possessed (B7 ch. 76). Her laugh stays in the river after the ring is gone (B7 ch. 86). In the epilogue she walks into a fuel stop outside the Earth gate in her own body (B7 ch. 88).

Carl decides she wants devotion, not worship, and that the path is a trap — 'But she did have the right idea' (B8 ch. 71); the AI says it does not like her (B8 ch. 67). In the arena she swaps every inventory, tells Taranis he is being played by a pig and that four of their mother's five pieces are present, and shows her true form on thousands of snake tails: 'I don’t need you to worship me. You are chaos incarnate' and 'Every exit is an entrance' (B8 ch. 97).
