The hammerhead shark who yearns to hop: Katia designs his spider legs and Rosetta's crafters fit him with Velma, Tserendolgor's flamethrower; the nuke's pulse wrecks his fifth set ('Such woe I have!'). One of the few NPCs who stays with the Posse.

Arc
The pit fighter's floor: grabber hands, then a flamethrower (ch. 34, ch. 80). When Hedy tells him that if Carl dies they all die, he sticks himself to the garage ceiling — 'He was so brave, but he was not me' — and Donut talks him down as family (ch. 44); he speaks of his own 'toasty emissions' (ch. 87). In the parade he drives a cabless Tundra with one arm on the wheel (ch. 90); in the arena he leaps through the monsters with the flamethrower roaring, and ends it with his legs off against the wall, gathering the pieces with his mouth (ch. 96, ch. 98).
