Radoslav and Jasha (Team Free Love)

Two bugbears in tie-dye and beads with no trousers, level 75 and 65, of Team Free Love — musicians with a hovering van and a magic cooler of never-ending Busch Light — awake since the slime mines ('there was a click, and I just knew'), racing for a real place to live. Carl tows them in heat one, drinks with them in their lawn chairs, plants a bomb in their Peach beer with Oozy Form, and detonates it in heat six so he can go to Prepotente's aid without risking last place. They do not wave, and he does not.

Arc

Awake since a bune crawler in the slime mines said he only wanted to go home (ch. 4); towed to Hungry Eyes, 'today we are friends' (ch. 5); lawn chairs, a kiddie pool, a cooler of Busch Light with three peach ones nobody wants (ch. 12). They drive off when the Chevy burns and leave Carl at the line with 'Black and White' playing (ch. 18); their van looks stepped on by a god at Upano (ch. 44); they tow the unicorn in (ch. 51). Carl swaps a peach can for a bomb with Oozy Form and they do not wave (ch. 71); with the finish in sight and his place unknown he presses Detonate: 'Forgive me, friends' (ch. 76). Their wreck in the hallway (ch. 77).
