Dwight and Lucienne (Team Sparkles)

Team Sparkles: Dwight, a level-87 Sparkling Unicorn Enchanter with a Boston three-packs-a-day voice whose card calls him 'a complete prick', and Lucienne, a level-81 Mandagot Fink — a rat-chinchilla in a racing helmet with a French accent — who worships Diwata, on an unkillable Avernus Creeper with a once-a-race cannon. He wins heat five by riding over the roof; she dies summoned onto the truck's hood by Summon Ye, Vermin and pushed through the windshield by the finish barrier. Drunk, he stabs the Lollipop's DJ; sober, he tows a missile launcher to the final heat with a GPS fairy made to look like her, and Donut takes his head and his horn.

Arc

A tumbleweed with a Lisa Frank unicorn's head and a pink rodent on it, motionless at the first start line (ch. 3); 'Yo, fatty, get out of the road' and a horn that sends them bolting (ch. 5). Their cannon launches Girth the Trouble into a ditch at heat two's green light (ch. 18) and flips the chicken truck at the skull of Tem (ch. 32); gooed blind by missiles (ch. 31); 'You motherfuckers are all dead next race' (ch. 32). Lucienne, summoned as vermin, dies through the windshield into Carl's mouth (ch. 50); her helmet carries a curse (ch. 51). Dwight, drunk, stabs the DJ and cries 'You killed Lucienne!' (ch. 56, ch. 57); wins heat five over the roof (ch. 67); self-drives heat six unconscious (ch. 74); comes to the last line sober with a missile launcher and a GPS fairy in her likeness (ch. 80). Dead before the notification; his horn in Donut's inventory (ch. 82).
