Arc

First in every heat and sole survivor of his (ch. 33, ch. 67); biological, on Sweety the Perriso with Jurgen (ch. 14), until Sweety dies in Scolopendra's second attack (ch. 95). He wants to feed his goat girlfriend the Paramour biscuit and is given rules (ch. 16); he decodes the water park's trapdoor (ch. 49), the elemental counter (ch. 65) and Chachi's Aztec analogue (ch. 53); his Apito memorial crystal, 0% charged, shields everyone in a building from Scolopendra's attacks and charges on them (ch. 70, ch. 82) until Taranis steals it (ch. 98). At his mother's piano in the L'Engle Building — a concert pianist who never had him — 'I wish I’d never taken the pet biscuit'; Carl calls them a herd, and he offers a name: 'You can call me Pony' (ch. 77). He sings 'In the Air Tonight' at the judging stand to Sweety's stamping feet, and it is beautiful (ch. 92).
